Conditions for Refund

Refunds are issued exclusively upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation.

Refund Mechanism

Reimbursements are made to the original payment instrument. Your financial institution may take 3–5 business days to display the credited amount.

Non-Refundable Charges

Please be advised:

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

• Return shipping expenses may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is attributable to our error.
